Holiday Special Goose

These 100% all-natural, free roaming Geese are raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. They are part of the “Never Ever Program” and are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. They are never fed any animal byproducts, only vegetarian feed. Goose is all dark meat, with an intense flavor more often compared to beef than chicken. Goose is trickier to cook than chicken or turkey, however the skin, which is similar to duck, renders while cooking, keeping the meat juicy and tender.
